Our one session has helped so much i cant believe it!
I have noticed myself come completely out of my shell, I am doing things i usually didn't but without a second thought - like I never had the anxiety!

I've made big inroads into finishing Projects.I've just sold one of my motorbikes - the Honda VFR (I'm waiting for the remaining balance while I write this).

I've put my boat up for sale on Ebay, and Bidding is underway.
I've cleared half of the junk in my attic.
And I've started back on the Landrover - did 8 hours on it yesterday - will pop over and continue the work after the VFR has gone.
 It's funny how, by visualising success, and projecting that vision, the projects just seem to happen (the sale of the bike etc,.)
