Powerful Self Hypnosis for Martial Arts and Martial
Artists.
As a
martial artist ( Hapkido) I am
often asked what powerful self hypnosis recordings I would
recommend for students and masters of the arts. For
the
student and master I offer the same
advice.
The Big Four.
This often surprises the person surely “exell at
sports” or
“confidence”
or
“success”.
All
of these come from self control and self mastery and
becoming friends with your control mind.
As with all aspects of life the true secrets of life are
very simple yet due to self sabotage and subconscious
incongruence and laziness we are driven to seek magical
answers to very simple questions.
Unless you have a very intimate relationship with your own
subconscious control mind, and even then she will screw you
over if she knows she can get away with it.
(our
brains are basically female ) it is very
much like the story of the scorpion and the frog.
It knows you better than you know your self, after all it
is all your programs , beliefs, habits and does keep you
alive, so it has some power in your life.
Maybe this is part of the problem it can and will one day
allow you to die, she will kill you. Get over it. if you
doubt this .

The answers are self awareness understanding and total
honesty with your self. It is about integrity which is all
about knowing your self well enough to know how you will
behave. being true to yourself and as Nike say “just do
it”.
Self knowledge, awareness and self control will allow you
to pass gradings, compete in competitions and should you
ever need to do so allow you in a physical confrontation to
defend your self or others to the best of your ability.
If you are new to the arts or even been practicing for many
years you know that most of the time it is your own
feelings and emotions that you are fighting in martial
arts. Learn how to handle these and your journey is easer
and a lot more fun, your also learn faster and it will keep
you out of trouble.
A friend of mine a short, gray haired and overweight
martial artist who walks with a limp, very quiet and a
perfect gentleman who you would pass in the street, with
out noticing him.
if you ask him. has had three encounters in the last five
years with people.
He still takes no bull so does sometimes meet people who
desire to take him out. But guess what he defused each
incident, neither he or the retard got hurt, they both
walked away.
The retard has no idea how close he came to being
premaritally crippled he could have been dead before he hit
the floor, did my friend give a s**t no, he was just
inoculating against problems and re-calibrating his slip
ups.
If you have a small ego are lacking in confidence or are
emotionally immature then you may seek the martial arts to
bolster a defective ego and attempt to make yourself feel
better.
If this is why you are doing your art, do yourself a favor
and every one else, get therapy get a life or use
the
“BIG FOUR”.
So if you are asking me, someone who has been in the
martial arts for close on fifty years what you should do.
Get the “Big Four”. Your call
