Remember Your monkey mind is your
companion for life. It will accompany you
everywhere and always be with you. So
having it trained in ways that support
you rather than displaying behaviours
that are unhelpful or destructive to you
is vital to a happy, wealthy and
successful life.
The expression monkey mind
is becoming more popular these days and
usually refers to your uncontrolled and
untrained subconscious mind being
unsettled, restless, always jumping from
one thought to the next.
Never able to focus on what you desire
and always playing with you. In Huna it
is called a locust, neurologists some
times call it the shrew brain. Many call
it the chatter box as it always seams to
be constantly chattering away in the back
ground.
What ever it is called you can learn to
slow it down allow it to become calm and
in time tame and teach it how to have
good manners in your environment.
In some ways it is very similar to owning
a pet monkey if you allow it to follow
it’s natural instincts it will wreck your
home and your life so in order to live
conformably with it
you
have to take the time and responsibility
to teach and train it in good manners and
how to be around you.
As humans we do face an interesting
challenge for there is clear evidence
that this body at least, evolved from our
close relatives and a large part of out
brain is no different from a monkey’s
mind.
Mental
Agitation and the battle for a quiet
mind.
It is not what some mistakenly call
negative internal dialogue or destructive
self talk that is something different.
Usually what you are doing with your
thoughts not it, is causing your problems
with self sabotage. This subliminal
recording is designed to allow you

or Buddhism to achieve a quiet mind.
If you have been around monkeys you know
that if you cause a fuss and chase them
and try to catch them it takes ages and
often they will just clime up high and
look at you. Maybe even start to throw
things at you.
You subconscious mind is the same if you
fuss and get angry it will just get out
of your way and do what it wants from a
position where you can do nothing about
it. You can now learn and practice a more
effective way.
